Since 2017, we have been providing merchandising services for modern hypermarkets and supermarkets throughout Greece on behalf of FRIESLANDCAMPINA HELLAS.

The merchandising team covers both, permanent and seasonal needs. In addition, it is responsible for taking & recommending orders, maintaining planograms, managing shelves including F.I.F.O., stock control, price collection, etc. as well as placing promotional material, and monitoring the competition.

Furthermore, RTI, our state-of-the-art Sales Force Automation system, Microsoft Power BI-enabled, provides advanced tailor-made reports for FRIESLANDCAMPINA HELLAS. The team has clear KPIs, aiming to visit a set number of POS visits per cycle, building and maintaining excellent relationships with store staff and ensuring the proper placement and display of products within each store.
