Junior Business Development Manager Europe (m/f/d) - Remote Workplace

European Sales Influence (ESI) is an alliance of leading full-service Fieldmarketing & Sales agencies that help international brands to boost their sales by offering bespoke and effective field services throughout 35 countries in Europe in addition to state-of-the-art digital solutions. ESI supports clients to engage their consumers by creating & realizing sustainable brand experiences, understanding the specific demands of the individual European markets.

As Junior Business Development Manager at ESI you are responsible for the development of client leads and opportunities together with the Senior Business Development Manager. You’ll act as a central point of contact for new clients and our country teams, research on market trends and support with the development of new strategies and tender preparations.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop business together with the central ESI Management and ESI Member agencies
  • Generate leads and network with stakeholders and potential clients
  • Help with the organisation and participate actively in pan-European meetings and virtual development calls
  • Support with the coordination and Management of cross-country opportunities and RFQs
  • Manage activities by means of a Sales Management systems to prepare forecasts and monitor or review opportunities and business plans
  • Uncover and identify new business opportunities and client needs, new market trends, growth areas and beneficial partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with pan-European stakeholders and team members on common opportunities
  • Help to develop go to market strategies and creative solutions to meet market needs
  • Gathering and consolidating of regional input and data for tender preparations
  • Co-create compelling tender presentations and RFI material
  • Act as a central point of contact for clients and ESI country teams
  • Represent the ESI in international tenders and client meetings
  • Develop and support the implementation of pan-European client projects
  • Gather and create content for social media and website updates
  • Oversee client projects and identify areas of improvement and process optimization

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related qualification
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in fluent English. Any other European language a plus
  • First experience Business Development ideally with a focus on Fieldmarketing/Retail Marketing
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe and work remotely
  • Charismatic personality and team player attitude
  • Ability to work independently and self-reliantly within your assigned area
