Our ESI agency Remarkable conduct a running sales training for store staff in all countries in which Fjällräven (Fenix Outdoor) is represented. The training takes place as a work shop of 2 X 2 days based on Nobel Prize winner Daniel Kahneman's book “Thinking Fast and Slow”. Fjällräven flies in participants to Stockholm to our Remarkable Training Center. The project started in 2015 and since then, more than 1000 sales people have completed the training. Fjällräven's purpose with the training is to always be “top of mind” in the stores that have participated in the training. Today Fjällräven has a 20% growth rate in these stores.
