On a monthly basis different Honda Motorcycle stores are visited by our auditors. They act as a customer who wants information about a specific model chosen centrally each month. The model is not shared with any one and is generally a new launch or a really important one.
There are different items the auditor must record the selling price, the time the mystery shopper has to wait to talk to a salesperson and also the duration of the conversation. The auditors also report on the way the vehicles are presented and the documents the sales person gives away.
The auditor also delivers a qualitative description / evaluation about his/her experience as a shopper. We conclude our services with a monthly report comparing the different stores based on both, quantitative and qualitative requirements. This report is shared with all the stores involved and is usually discussed with the sales team.
