We successfully launched our new Live Webcast studio and utilized it to broadcast 15-minute interactive team briefs to contact center teams across the UK for a major Telco client. This project aimed to enhance team communication and deliver crucial updates directly to the frontline. Our webcast platform allowed us to deliver targeted training sessions and coaching, ensuring impactful communication and skill enhancement nationwide. Emphasizing measurable results and ROI, our approach consistently demonstrated effective training and coaching outcomes. Our multi-camera live broadcast studio enables us to stream live video content over video conferencing services like MS Teams & Zoom. The multi-camera set up gives a "TV Studio" feel to the broadcast and elevates the delivery of the message way beyond that of a simple video conference call. It’s an interactive engaging approach that allows the audience to ask questions directly to the studio via the live chat service.
