Over the last 20 years, our ESI Member Ingroup in Greece has recruited over 100 permanent Beauty Advisors for cosmetic stores on behalf of L'Oréal Hellas. This team of Beauty Advisors, positioned in cosmetic stores and supermarkets around Greece, is responsible for promoting L'Oréal’s products under the following brands: L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier, Essie, Elvive, and Ambre Solaire. Furthermore, they are also responsible for placing orders for the stores they are responsible for, maintaining an up-to-date planogram, replenishing shelves, and reporting brand sales. The main goal of this team of Beauty Advisors is to maximize L'Oréal Hellas’ sales and to ensure the best possible in-store image of its brands.
