Time Products, the company behind Seksy and Sekonda watches, partnered with ESI member in UK to conduct a comprehensive in-store display audit across major airports in the UK and Ireland. Leveraging their extensive database of 600+ personnel, ESI efficiently deployed a team to quickly assess and modify point-of-sale (POS) setups according to planograms. The team successfully entered 47 busy airports, counting up to 185 SKUs per display and reporting findings through their in-house reporting tool. The customized Power BI report showcased the cost-effectiveness of the implemented changes, providing valuable data for Time Products' decision-making.
